2000 Ford Excursion Limited 4X4 7.3
The random program has selected an Excursion for me this evening. I've owned 10 Excursions over the years and they're going to come up again, so I'll just keep this one short and check it off the list.
This 2000 Excursion was exactly like every other 2000 Excursion I owned with the single exception of being a diesel. I'm fine with diesels. They're loud, they smell occasionally, and they can be generally annoying, but they tow like a train and almost never have issues. If you see high mileage Excursions (or Superduty's for that matter) they are usually going to be diesel because they just last. This one was a high mileage example and it was very clean and my ownership was uneventful. I think I had this one for about a year. I can't remember where I bought it or why I sold it. It was just sort of my "workhorse" in the garage for a period of time.
